**Job Title: CRM Executive**

As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer loyalty, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through effective customer relationship management strategies. You will be responsible for designing and executing targeted CRM campaigns, managing customer databases, analysing customer data, and implementing personalized communication strategies across various channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and engagement.
- Segment customer databases based on various criteria such as demographics, purchase history, and behaviour to deliver personalized communications.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize CRM strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align CRM activities with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM, and proactively implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data integrity and security.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Desired)
- Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the ecommerce or cosmetics industry.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer segmentation strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative CRM strategies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
