The department of Trauma and Orthopaedics is seeking to appoint a Trust Grade CT level doctor to join our busy team, working alongside 14 consultants and 12 specialist registrars. This post will join the established 1 in 8 Orthopaedic on call rota, working with our team of Core Trainees and F2 grade resident doctors. We have 2 full time Orthogeriatric Consultants, with 4 ward based middle grade doctors providing joint care for all of our elderly patients on Cambridge Ward. We are a dedicated cohesive multi-disciplinary team and strive for excellence in all aspects of the service.As a department we invest in our team and promote training and education opportunities as well as supporting career progression. We are proud of the rota we offer our resident doctors, which ensures a balance of elective and emergency duties across all lines. This will include clinics, theatre, ward and on call responsibilities.
