This ensures patients safely get the most up-to-date versions of life‑changing technology.Come help us bring the next generation of healthcare to the people who need it.Who you are3+ years in operational or analytical roles, in a start‑up or scale‑up, or other fast‑moving environment.You’re insatiably curious about how the world works.You are analytical, data‑driven and take a first‑principles approach to problem solving.You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, aligned with MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) principles.You’re a clogged‑sink operator, with a product mindset.DesirableYou have an understanding of the healthcare industry.You are familiar with GTM tools and terminology.You have experience in data analytics (SQL; Tableau).What the job involvesWe’re early in our GTM, and we’re looking for someone to join us to help develop and scale the underlying systems needed to support a world‑class go‑to‑market. You will be responsible for:Building and optimising the system(s) that enable the sales and marketing teams to focus on execution – you’ll create workflows and integrate tech stacks to eliminate manual tasks, facilitate data across platforms and surface actionable insights.Creating a sophisticated system for analysing Scarlet’s target market, and an engine to continuously identify and categorise potential prospects.Owning our GTM analytics and using data to inform Scarlet’s go‑to‑market strategy, and ensuring that it effectively converts into results.This role will be a mix of technical build work and commercial research & problem‑solving.The Interview Process(we will likely collapse 2/3 later‑stage interviews into one in‑person session)Intro call with Emily – 20 minsInterview with James – 45 minsCase interview with Marco – 1 hourInterview with Dan, Felicity or Tiri – 30 minsInterview with Jamie – 30 minsReferencingOffer #J-18808-Ljbffr
