Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – RegTech

OverviewPre-Sales Solutions Engineer – RegTech (AxiomSL Regulatory Reporting) role at Nasdaq. The Presales function combines regulatory expertise with hands-on configuration of the Nasdaq AxiomSL platform, supporting growth across Regulatory Reporting, Granular Data Reporting (e.g., IReF), and Capital & Liquidity Risk calculations engines. This role works closely with Product Management, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success to create alignment across teams and contribute to go-to-market activities.ResponsibilitiesClarify customer scope and high-level requirementsDeliver functional/technical presentations to customers with live demosDeliver Proof of Concept with solution configuration and data integrationRespond to RFI/RFP questionnairesRespond quickly to customer needs with an agile and independent working styleLiaise with Product Management to share market feedback and influence the roadmapIncrease product awareness via Go-To-Market campaignsSkills & RequirementsExperience in a pre-sales function or similarRegulatory reporting experience (e.g., CRR3, COREP, FINREP, IReF, etc.)Hands-on platform configuration or strong technical background (e.g., PL/SQL, Oracle, SaaS, AI)Proven experience leading presentations to business users and technology teamsExperience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teamsPassionate, driven, and highly enthusiasticFluent in English and GermanWhat we offerCompetitive salaryAnnual monetary bonusOpportunity to become a Nasdaq shareholderEmployee Stock Purchase Program with Nasdaq stocks at a discountRestricted Stock Units annually awardedInternal mentorship programsWide selection of online learning resourcesFlexible health insurance from day oneFlexible work days (up to 6 days per year)Come as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
