Main Responsibilities Manage a core number of Premium, Select and Exclusive accounts within a territory to deliver the On Trade brand building plan and activation programme. Secure portfolio range distribution and cocktail menu status in key outlets to drive advocacy and sales. Network with key influencers in the territory and route‑to‑market colleagues. Achieve preferred premium partner status with key outlets by developing tailored solutions to meet consumer and customer needs. Establish expert status through advice on the Spirits Category, proposing range by segmentation. Identify new brand and outlet opportunities that target the right consumers. Promote WG&S brands through own social media accounts and collaborate with customers to identify social media opportunities. Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for a self‑driven individual with strong financial acumen and the ability to balance commercial delivery with brand building. The candidate will have exceptional organisational and presentation skills, strong experience in customer relationship building, and sales and/or marketing experience in the On Trade is desirable.
