The ADS role supports this by having a support team available for the electronic transfer of assets shareclass conversions & supporting EMX Calastone and SWIFT dealing CREST and Calastone Settlement and ISA transfer and electronic stock reregistration via Equisoft. Complete all control functions and daily monitoring for all STP order routing. Complete all control functions and daily reconciliation for all STP settlement functions and electronic re-registration and shareclass conversions. Complete updates to the STP systems following all corporate action events. Responsible for timely completion of all dealing controls. Demonstrate a high level of understanding of all monitored systems and how they link into other departments inclusive of issue resolution where impacts to other departments occur. Escalation point for the nominees where service has not met their expectations. Investigation resolution management and continuous communication to be always delivered. Communicate scheduling and plans with the teams and actively contribute to team and departmental meetings. Be a role model by adhering to all SS&C policies and procedures. To carry out any other duties which are within the employees skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. To provide accurate and timely information to internal and external parties (including clients). To review procedural document and system reviews to ensure all data provided is up to date. Must actively seek & respond to feedback. Use service failures both internally & externally as an educator to improve our process procedures & overall service to the Distributor Actively contribute to team and departmental meetings. A flexible approach to completing variety of tasks to support TL / TM and other teams for business needs. To comply with the regulatory regimes in which SS&C operates (Data Protection Financial Crime Prevention regulations and CASS). Provide a quality service aiming for 100% accuracy and timeliness of delivery. To review processes and practices within your role to propose change and improvement where individual and team performance are being affected. Act as a role model promoting and encouraging continuous improvement to meet or exceed the needs of Distributor Client Services clients and the department. To exercise due care and diligence ensuring the areas the role is responsible for are organised and controlled. Knowledge and Technical Skills Knowledge / understanding / experience of working in Financial Services. Able to use the standard office applications -Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to provide excellent service to both external and internal stakeholders. Ability to identify areas of risk or concern either within team or in the business. Comfortable switching between varied responsibilities throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.
