About the role

Main purpose of the role:
Provide technical knowledge and expertise to support the operational team.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all processes and related systems, ensuring knowledge is shared, training provided and controls in place to mitigate risk, improve service delivery and enhance quality.
Primary contact for all system deliverables/changes, projects and business change; providing technical support and direction to teams across the UK and India.
Covering warrantly releases, Tax Year End activities, daily activities including Service Now, change management and to management of internal/ external audits.

IOC or equivalent, or commitment to study for IOC or equivalent

Keyboard skills and proficiency in the use of MS Office packages.

Excellent verbal reasoning and numeric skills.

Ability to analyse and assess business processes

Proven record in Team Management

Ability to organise others to achieve the aims of the department.

Experience in carrying out quality assessments and analysis

Knowledge of Platforms and associated regulations
