Learning support assistant – Manchester SecondaryAt Teaching Personnel we are looking to recruit learning support assistants in south Manchester secondary schools to support in mainstream and potentially SEN provisions too. You will be required to work closely with pupils, supporting them with any additional learning needs and helping them to develop their confidence in the classroom. This may include small group or one-to-one support.This job will be based in the Cheadle/ Bramhall/ Stockport area, with flexibility to be a full-time or part-time role, depending on what you are looking for.Excellent behaviour managementExperience working with children or young people (school-based experience desired)Strong communication and cooperation skillsA genuine passion for education and child developmentLive locally/ be able to travel to the surrounding areas in south ManchesterAny Learning Mentors, Learning Support Assistants or Teaching Assistants are highly encouraged to apply now for immediate consideration.
