Responsibilities Lead our communications and engagement directorate, covering media, digital, internal and strategic communications. Develop and deliver a Trust‑wide communications and engagement strategy that builds understanding, trust and support for our goals. Provide expert advice during major projects and incidents, ensuring clear, confident messaging. Drive innovation in engagement, strengthening relationships with staff, stakeholders and communities.
