You'll lead a talented team, collaborate closely with creative visionaries, guide clients through extraordinary journeys, and ensure every event delivered is nothing short of world-class. What You'll Be Doing Inspire, mentor, and grow a brilliant events team Shape the creative and strategic direction of the studio's luxury events Oversee every stage of the event lifecycle - concept to celebration Client Magic Act as a trusted partner to luxury brands and UHNW clients Bring their visions to life with flawless, bespoke solutions Build deep, lasting relationships grounded in trust, creativity, and excellence Event Creation & Delivery Lead planning of venues, styling, entertainment, production, logistics - all of it Ensure every element is visually stunning, impeccably delivered and unforgettable Manage timelines, budgets and teams with precision and flair Qualifications Extensive experience leading luxury or high-profile events A deep understanding of UHNW expectations and brand excellence A portfolio of complex, high-impact events delivered flawlessly Strong leadership experience within creative or experiential teams The ability to command a room and bring clients on the journey Immaculate attention to detail and passion for elevating experiences A fun, inspiring, solutions-led personality that teams love to follow #J-18808-Ljbffr
