This role offers the chance to influence at senior level, lead a talented team, and collaborate with leading global brands and individuals to create truly unforgettable moments. Key Responsibilities Lead the Events & Experiences team, providing creative, strategic, and operational direction across live and pipeline projects. Oversee delivery of high-profile events, ensuring creative integrity, flawless execution, and exceptional client service. Maintain and grow trusted client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact. Partner cross-functionally with other departments to deliver fully integrated experiences. Manage budgets, workflows, and team performance with precision and foresight. Identify new business opportunities and support the ongoing growth of the Events function. About You Senior experience in events, experiential or creative production , ideally within a luxury agency or lifestyle environment . Strong creative sensibility and passion for design-led storytelling. Proven leadership and team management skills — able to inspire, direct, and deliver under pressure. Confident in client-facing settings, with strong relationship-building and presentation skills. Commercially astute with experience managing large-scale budgets and project profitability. Highly organised, solutions-focused, and motivated by excellence. London-based | Hybrid working
