Data Integrations Support and Projects Officer Full Time (35 hours per week). Permanent contract. Closing date for applications: 30 November 2025. First interview: 11 December 2025. Second interview: 18 December 2025. Location: Fully remote or hybrid homeworking, with up to 3 days per week from Newark premises. About the Role You will support and develop data integrations across the Wildlife Trusts' digital platforms, including CRM systems and websites. Your role involves troubleshooting integrations, working with APIs in a business process automation context, and providing technical support to end users across the federation. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot data integrations on cloud and digital platforms. Support IT users across the Wildlife Trusts federation with integration requirements. Explain complex technical information in clear, simple terms to non‑IT colleagues. Prioritise workloads and manage multiple tickets to deliver optimal outcomes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy new integration solutions. Keep up‑to‑date technical knowledge across a broad range of platforms. Engage in ongoing skill development and adoption of new technologies. Qualifications Practical experience in an IT support environment. Knowledge or experience troubleshooting data integrations. Experience working with APIs in business process automation. Comfortable using a variety of cloud and digital platforms. Excellent customer care and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication ability – explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Analytical thinker with up‑to‑date technical knowledge. Self‑motivated and willing to develop new skills. Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively. Salary Annual Salary: £20,001 – £35,000.
