We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to join the team at our Aftersales Contact Centre in Ipswich, creating bookings for servicing and repairs whilst delivering outstanding customer service. Being a multi franchise dealer group, the role is varied. One minute you are dealing with a customer’s Ford Focus service booking, whilst your next call could be arranging a service plan for a customer’s Peugeot. Main Responsibilities include: Handling inbound & outbound telephone calls to existing customers (No Cold-Calling) Accurately create bookings as required, covering any costs and customer’s requirements, such as loan cars, collection service etc. Responding to customer emails and chat enquiries through our website in a prompt and professional manner Quickly identifying the needs of the customers and guiding towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements Providing a high level of customer service which will allow you to build relationships with our customers to retain business Being organised and self-motivated to ensure targets and deadlines are met Toup-sell additional products and service plans which are suited to the vehicle and customer. The Ideal Candidate Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues Be customer focused and passionate about their work Have the ability to prioritise their workload and multi-task Be IT alliterate with the ability to use multiple systems at once Confidently work independently and as part of a team To be our voice, communicating and focusing on customers whilst delivering the best possible knowledge and prospects Ability to problem solve and think on their feet Working Hours We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 –18:00 and Saturdays 08:00 – 17:00. You will need to be flexible to work within these hours, covering approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis.Part-time/ flexible working hours would be considered for the right candidate. £27,265.59 p.a. basic wage (42.5 hour working week), along with an achievable, motivational bonus scheme which means an OTE of between £30,000 - £32,500 p.a. 30 days off per year (inc.
