We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Sales Specialist to join our Product Inspection (PI) team, based in the southeast of the UK. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of a broad range of products and services tailored specifically for Food and Pharma manufacturers. Understand customer needs to develop and implement effective go‑to‑market strategies. Support product adoption across various manufacturing applications. Build and maintain long‑term, high‑value, profitable customer accounts. Apply strong sales techniques to develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and manage high‑quality sales opportunities collaboratively, making full use of available resources. What You Need to Succeed Sales or business development experience, preferably within the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Strong knowledge of food and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, with the capability to clearly communicate value propositions. Demonstrated ability to engage customers, identify their challenges, and offer effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on relationship building and collaboration. Ability to work independently, showing initiative and strong problem‑solving abilities.
