SALARY: £37,000 - £45,000 basic (£65,000 OTE uncapped)
The COMPANY
Our client is an innovative and successful plastic recycling company with a history of success throughout Europe. We are proud to be helping them with their ongoing expansion within the UK.
The ROLE
We are now searching for a passionate and ethical Business Development Manager to build on their ongoing success.
The successful Field Sales Consultant will be required to do the following:

- A split of account management and new business development.
- Identify customers with a volume of plastic waste.
- Quality checking materials in person and assessing commercial viability prior to offering to market.
- Offering clients the best solution to deal with their scrap plastic waste. The customers get paid for their waste.
- Negotiating and liaising with sales, logistics teams, and suppliers in order to close a profitable deal.
- This is a home working role with occasional trips to the Head Office.

The CANDIDATE
You will need to be an experienced and successful salesperson possessing the following skills and attributes:

- Experience of working in the plastics/Recycling industry is not essential.
- Demonstrable b2b field sales success in both new business and account management.
- Able to manage and respond quickly to changing/competing priorities.
- Passion for matching and exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience of selling a solution/service.
- An ethical approach to business.
- An inquiring and persistent mind.
