Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as a **Field Sales Category Representative **

This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company. We represent the market leader in batteries, **Duracell**. Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for **Duracell** whose mission is to power communities & organisations ensuring child safety. **Duracell **focus on sustainable growth, industry-leading innovation and creating long term value for our customers.

**_Territory: AL, CB, CM EN, IP, LU, MK, NN, NR, PE, SG_**

**The Role**:

- Your territory will include all the top 4 grocers where you will be focused on becoming a category expert.
- Developing strong, collaborative relationships with key contacts in store to grow sales and ensure availability across your territory.
- Supporting your stores in growing the whole battery category, by improving instore processes, ensuring compliance, and creating action plans to ensure success.
- Reviewing and analysing sales performances and category trends across your territory to identify key opportunities for growth.
- Educating store staff to build their knowledge and awareness of the products and the overall battery category.

**What will you need to be our** **Field Sales Category Representative?**
- Exceptional organisation & communication skills to assist us in delivering this objective and maximising opportunities within store.
- Ability to nurture excellent working relationships with your store contacts.
- To combine skills in negotiation and category development to increase sales.
- Strong knowledge of the grocery sector.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to achieve results.
