We’re on the hunt for a Brand Asset Coordinator to lead the planning, rollout and quality of our physical brand world — from signage and uniforms to in-store touchpoints and environmental graphics. This is a hands‑on, highly visible role where your work will be seen (and enjoyed) by millions of customers. What you’ll be doing Managing a complete inventory of brand assets across locations, teams and regions Planning and delivering refresh and replacement programmes, on time and on budget Leading the organisation‑wide rollout of next year’s brand updates Overseeing production of signage, print, uniforms, merchandise and in‑store graphics Auditing sites and ensuring brand standards are consistently met Briefing and managing suppliers including printers, fabricators and installers Owning timelines, budgets and project plans for asset change‑outs and new installations Acting as the go‑to contact for physical brand asset requests across the business Who we’re looking for Experience in physical brand assets, signage, print production or environmental branding Strong project management skills and experience with large‑scale rollouts Knowledge of print processes, materials and fabrication methods Confidence reading brand guidelines, drawings and installation plans Experience managing suppliers, budgets and multiple moving parts Bonus points if you’ve worked in multi‑site environments like retail, hospitality, leisure or the public sector What’s in it for you Field‑based role with travel across the UK and Ireland Enhanced annual leave, plus the option to buy additional days Pension and life assurance Access to perks, discounts, doughnuts, Bupa and wellbeing support This is your chance to play a central role in how our brand shows up in the world.
