**Job Summary**

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the world of luxury? I am launching a new **luxury brand company** and looking for a proactive **Administrative Assistant** to help me with the setup and day-to-day operations.

**Your Role**:
As my right-hand person, you’ll support the business in key administrative and operational tasks, including:
Handling supplier and client communications
Assisting with document preparation and data entry
Researching luxury market trends and sourcing materials
Coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors
Overseeing social media and brand-related admin (if applicable)

**Who You Are**:
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Ability to multitask and work independently
A passion for luxury brands, fashion, or high-end services is a plus
