We are seeking an exceptional Reservations Manager to work closely with the Revenue Manager, building a pre‑opening strategy from the ground up. It is essential that there are seamless links with the hotel with the wider Etihad Campus and ensuring a cohesive guest journey that integrates the dynamic sports, entertainment, and hospitality experience. Responsibilities Lead and develop your own reservations team – with support from central and brand partners. Shape the launch, embed a performance‑driven culture, and ensure that Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel, hits the ground running. Work closely with the Revenue Manager to build a pre‑opening strategy and establish seamless integration with the wider Etihad Campus. Drive performance through people and systems. Maintain a cohesive guest journey that integrates the dynamic sports, entertainment, and hospitality experience. Qualifications Has experience in revenue management within lifestyle or upscale hotels. Brings insight, accuracy, and commercial flair to every decision. Has led or contributed to a hotel pre‑opening (or is ready for the challenge). Understands how to drive performance through people and systems.
