Reservations Executive

CitySuites, a market leading accommodation for both business & leisure travellers, is seeking an experienced, service driven and highly vigilant Reservations Executive to work within our premium residence in Manchester city centre.
Key Role Responsibilities/Characteristics:
- To assist and support the Sales & Reception teams with making reservations & answering the phones in a timely and professional manner.
- To work with our Revenue team to maximise occupancy & rate.
- To work with our Sales team to maximise corporate bookings & rates.
- Be confident in your ability to convert general enquiries into sales.
- To have a passion for customer service & always be looking to get a return customer.
- Respond to online reviews swiftly & articulately.
- Understand and embrace CitySuites’ values & brand and represent these whilst carrying out your duties.
As CitySuites is a 24/7 operated building please be aware that the role requires weekend work.
Preferred Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years
- Hotel Management Systems (Guestline preferably)
- Reservations/Front of House/Reception Experience: 2 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
