**Vermilion, a renowned luxury establishment celebrated for its opulent design and culinary excellence, is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.**

As a Marketing Executive at Vermilion, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to elevate our brand and attract discerning clientele.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns including digital marketing across social media, e-flyer, and the restaurant’s website.
- Organise the design and development of menus, content and any other marketing material.
- Manage all social media platforms, engage with followers, and respond to guest inquiries and reviews. Ensuring growth of our social media.
- Manage and update the marketing content calendar, ensuring it remains up to date and relevant, while coordinating with teams to incorporate essential information.
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns to drive reservations and enhance restaurant visibility.
- Creating and organising in house events such as preview evenings, chef table evenings, influencer evenings and open days.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, influencers, marketing companies, VIP clients, hotels and concierge to increase sales. Visiting potential businesses and hotels to encourage business.
- Collaborate with reservations, managers and chefs to create content that showcases our menu, seasonal promotions and special events.
- Ensuring database is up to date, sending newsletters and creatively increasing our marketing reach.
- Optimise the restaurant’s website for SEO and keep content up-to-date and reflective of Vermilion’s offerings.
- Working with the team to encourage eye for detail, new trends and style.
- Create creative strategies and ideas to increase brand awareness.
- Organise, research and lead photoshoots, influencer meets and in house events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with Vermilion’s restaurant image and increase profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Full-time availability.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Understanding of business profitability.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
