Responsibilities Develop and maintain a professional, fair and consistent HR function for the Trust. Ensure policies and procedures comply with risk minimisation and promote a positive culture. Coach line managers on HR issues and produce accurate documentation. Embed best practice and ensure compliance with Trust policies and ACAS codes. Maintain proactive relationships with line managers. Maintain and update HR systems and documentation. Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR. Support recruitment processes and provide accurate documentation. Produce HR documentation such as offers of employment and related letters. Promote wellbeing and maintain healthy work‑life balance. Skills & Attributes Proven HR generalist experience with employee relations expertise. Demonstrated record of producing and maintaining accurate documents, contracts, policies and procedures. Knowledge or aptitude for HR methodologies, strategies and techniques. Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to undertake it.
