Description Support end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering, evaluations, and contract administration. Assist with supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards. Maintain accurate procurement records, dashboards, and reporting. Compile and present reports on supplier arrangements, contract terms, and commercial exposure. Coordinate communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including board-level updates. Support supplier audits and contract reviews across merging business units. Assist in structuring contracts across FM categories, including HVAC, fire safety, BMS, and building services. Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.Profile A successful Procurement Officer should have: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
