Sounds great, what will I be doing? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Procurement Officer to support the smooth and effective management of Hestia's approved suppliers. In this key role, you will oversee the administration and day-to-day management of our supplier database, act as the first point of contact for managers procuring goods and services, and ensure compliance with Hestia's policies and procedures. You will carry out first-level supplier approval checks, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and support the Contracts & Procurement Manager with audits, performance reviews, and market comparisons. Your responsibilities will also include managing supplier documentation, administering supplier portals, distributing monthly reports, and assisting with the mobilisation and demobilisation of Hestia services.
