If you are looking for a fresh challenge at a fast-growing AI startup - we would love to hear from youWhat You’ll DoAs a Product Manager, you will:Gather customer pain points and understand by engaging with customers, reviewing support interactions, and synthesizing feedback into actionable insights.Be the voice of the customer by translating experiences into clear Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD), ensuring the team understands user motivations and desired outcomes.Validate product features through prototypes, interviews, and data-driven experiments, helping refine solutions before launch.Ensure features land with customers by supporting launch activities, monitoring adoption, and feeding back learnings into the roadmap.Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.Track and report product analytics to measure feature success, adoption, and retention.Support product operations including backlog grooming, writing user stories, and coordinating across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.Maintain documentation such as product requirement docs, release notes, and internal guides.About YouThe right candidate will bring a mix of customer empathy, technical fluency, and a hands-on attitude. You:Communicate effectively across stakeholders, from non-technical customers to highly technical engineers.Demonstrate strong technical fluency—you may not code, but you can quickly understand how systems and APIs work to solve problems.Are willing to roll up your sleeves, digging into product details or customer processes and manually reviewing outputs when necessary.Understand our customers first-hand- you’re not content sitting in an office and theorizing about a problem. You enjoy seeing and breaking down customer problems in-person, which may include traveling to see customers all across the US and UKEnjoy problem solving, approaching challenges with curiosity, persistence, and creativity.Are data-driven, comfortable using analytics to guide decisions.Are collaborative and proactive, eager to help wherever needed to move the product forward.Above all else, we value people who want to make an impact in their work.
