The Role As Area Sales Manager, you’ll manage all commercial activity across Scotland, focusing on selling cutting‑edge dental equipment valued between £25,000 and £100,000. You’ll combine direct‑to‑practice sales with distributor enablement, providing product training, joint visits, and developing long‑term partnerships. You’ll conduct site surveys and demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. The role involves extensive travel across Scotland, working remotely day‑to‑day, with occasional visits to the UK head office. What You’ll Bring Proven field sales experience (any B2B background considered) Experience managing your own territory and driving new business growth A track record of hitting and exceeding targets Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Trustworthy, reliable, and self‑motivated persona who takes full ownership of their area NHS sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full product training will be provided.
