What You Will Be Doing Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts. Plan and prepare events (trade shows, community & networking events, speaking panels, and others), hold dry runs, identify potential issues before events, report on the issues to solve them, and etc. Execute events (both offline and online) from start to finish in compliance with the requirements, target audience, objectives, and company workflows. Develop and manage event content, including identifying relevant topics, curating agendas, and collaborating with speakers to create engaging sessions that align with audience interests and industry trends. Manage on-site event execution, including but not limited to giveaways, promotions, on-site social media support, staffing, etc. Promote events through various communication channels. Work closely with multiple teams across regions and departments. Manage the events budget so that Sumsub events are aligned with business priorities and meet the KPIs. Handle event logistics and invoicing. Perform post-event communication, reporting, & analysis. About You BSc/BA in PR, marketing, or a related field. 3+ year experience of working as an Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Event Planner or holding a similar role on the client’s side. Relevant experience in organizing various types of events, such as exhibition stands, own events, webinars, etc. Fluent English. Incredibly detail-oriented. Excellent client-management, client-facing and project management skills enabling you to coordinate with multiple teams. A strong sense of initiative, proactivity and ability to work under pressure. An interest in working in a global fast-paced environment. Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management. Past experience working in IT companies or a technical background would be an advantage. What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus programs.
