**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily coordination and execution of promotional events, ensuring they run seamlessly and meet set goals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Actively engage in on-site event support, providing hands-on assistance to ensure the success of each event.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for promotional events and the events industry is highly desirable.

Pay: From £1,626.00 per month

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
