Junior OneStream System Administrator – 12 month FTC Maternity Cover Join to apply for the Junior OneStream System Administrator – 12 month FTC Maternity Cover role at TP ICAP Role Overview This is a Junior OneStream System Administrator role within TPICAP Technology OneStream team supporting global stakeholders. The Junior OneStream System Administrator will join the OneStream Support team to provide day to day support, solutions to problems, and introduction of new functionality. Responsibilities Support the Month End, Half Year and Year End financial close processes in OneStream Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes Liaise and work closely with the team, ensuring all BAU tasks are completed on deadline Develop cube views, dashboards and reporting requirements; support Local, Regional and Group Finance analysts to analyse MI information Support the global allocations process Maintain the Global Chart of Accounts in EPMWare and Oracle EBS Maintain and manage user security and transformation rules Provide day‑to‑day functional and technical support via ServiceNow Investigate incidents and problems; resolve issues according to change request policies Train users on OneStream when required Document development processes and tasks; support system knowledge sharing Qualifications & Competences Experience supporting OneStream and developing reports within OneStream Good oral and written communication skills, ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical people Attention to detail, proactive approach, quick learner Experience working with analysts to understand business processes Strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to prioritise workload Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and project tools (JIRA) Knowledge of OneStream, Quick View, SQL/SSIS, and MS Office Team player capable of working independently when required Location UK – 135 Bishopsgate, London #J-18808-Ljbffr
