Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Full Time

Location: Denmark Hill
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can thrive.

What you will do

Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities

Promote children's learning and well-being in line with the EYFS framework

Build strong and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment at all times

Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journals

Ensure safeguarding, policies, and procedures are consistently followed

What we're looking for

Level 3 (or above) Early Years Qualification - essential
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar early years role
Strong understanding of EYFS and child-centred learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm, caring, and professional approach
Commitment to continuous development and high-quality practice
