About Us
Interfocus Limited is a leading UK provider of laboratory refurbishment and fit-out solutions. With over 30 years of experience, we specialise in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality laboratory furniture, fume cupboards, and turnkey solutions for the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UK. You will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our full range of laboratory refurbishment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities nationwide (supported through Barbour ABI)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
- Provide expert advice on our laboratory solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Work closely with internal teams, including design and project management
- Attend industry events and site visits to enhance brand visibility
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in laboratory, construction, fit-out or technical sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Willingness to travel across the UK
- Experience in laboratory furniture or refurbishment is an advantage but not essential
