Overview We’re a category-leading SaaS company digitising how global manufacturers connect with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. We sell to VP/Head of Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and IT/ERP at enterprise accounts. We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR)who can create demand from scratchand use AI to industrialise prospecting. If you need a constant stream of MQLs, this isn’t for you. If you love building targeted lists, crafting sharp POVs, and booking meetings with hard-to-reach executives—read on. Responsibilities Own a named EMEA account list and runsignal-driven outbound (triggers: ERP projects, recalls/disruptions, new plants, ESG reports, leadership changes). UseAI workflowsanddata toolsto research, enrich, and prioritise: Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay/Phantombuster, and intent (Bombora/6sense) to build high‑quality lists. Personalise messaging with LLMs; runsequencinginOutreach; automate intelligent follow‑ups and next‑best‑action queues. Orchestratemulti‑threaded sequencesacross email, LinkedIn, and phone; test, learn, and iterate weekly. Bookqualified meetingsfor AEs and build early business cases (value hypotheses, pains, metrics). Keep CRM immaculate: notes, next steps, contacts, and status are always up to date. Success Criteria (first 90 days) Personal outbound engine live in 30 days; 50–80 high‑quality touches/day with clear hypotheses. 12–16 SQOs/quarter from self‑sourced efforts. Dashboard of reply → meeting → SQO conversion, with weekly experiments and learnings. Qualifications 1–4 years in BDR/SDR, enterprise SaaS preferred (manufacturing/supply chain/ERP/logistics a plus—but not required). Expert user of AI + data toolsfor outbound: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Clay/Phantombuster, plus LLMs for research, message versioning, objection handling, and CRM hygiene. Comfortable withintent platforms (e.g., 6sense/Bombora) andsequencers (SalesForce); basic familiarity with Chorus AI for call intelligence. A builder: you can design your own workflow, prompts, and dashboards—and show evidence. A clear, concise writer who can make an ops leader care in 150 words. Nice to Have Exposure to SAP/Oracle ecosystems, EDI, ASN/PO accuracy, supplier onboarding, or ESG reporting. Experience collaborating with partners (SIs/MSPs) to open doors.
