Key Responsibilities Support Business Development Manager in hunting and engaging with prospects online and offline to identify potential leads to add to the pipeline Support building a robust, resilient, and validated pipeline of sales opportunities Take inbound sales enquiries calls, screen and process as needed Creatively use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and develop strong relationships with potential opportunities Organise, prepare, and submit proposals and tenders documents Support the onboarding process, issuing quotations, contracts and necessary documentation including coordinating onboarding processes across supplier portals Maintain the sales pipeline and follow up on existing quotes and potential opportunities to maintain engagement, ensuring the CRM is continuously updated Work closely with the Operations, People, and other departments regarding onboarding, ensuring clear and effective communication Follow up calls after marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on success Maintain and cleanse the prospect database, verifying data as needed Diary management of all sales appointments for CEO, Operations Director and Business Development Manager Assist in organising specialist events Ensure thorough understanding of successful customer outcomes to meet and exceed customer expectations Engage proactively and professionally with potential clients through email and phone communication Maintain the CRM Support in preparing proposals and costings for new prospective clients Organise specialist events to promote the brand and sales pipeline Support in the administration of all aspects of the sales process and sales pipeline within a fast‑paced environment Meet strict deadlines and remain adaptable Be commercially minded and have awareness of the sales process – an advantage Use systems such as DocuSign and PowerPoint Person Specification Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, persuade, challenge and influence effectively Highly proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Solution oriented, adopting a positive mindset to problem‑solving Thorough, with attention to detail, able to analyse information from a variety of sources Exceptional organisation, planning and administration skills Administrative qualifications desirable Excellent written and face‑to‑face communication skills Welsh speaker desirable Previous experience in a fast‑paced administrative environment Effectively manage a varied workload balancing scheduled and ad‑hoc tasks Demonstrates commercial acumen Progression opportunities available Experience using LinkedIn Good knowledge and experience of using software packages Company Vision Is to strive to build life‑long relationships with clients who value our premium quality service.
