**Platform Resourcing** are currently working alongside a global training provider based in **Llansamlet, Swansea.** They are looking to employ a **Project Coordinator** who will provide support to the Project Management team.

You will be joining at an exciting time for the company, due to success running projects within the middle East, they are now implementing new offerings to customers within Mainland Europe, and you will become an integral part of the newly developed teamwith lots of learning and development opportunities. You will be working alongside the project managers and project administrator to provide support, guidance and be an integral part to the team.

You will provide support to ensure the effective delivery of products and programmes, including the development and maintenance of project plans, providing updates, financial tracking and progress tracking across KPIs. You will have experience working onprojects, and will provide support into the development of products, including researching, scoping and conducting proposals for opportunities.

**Project Coordinator Role and Responsibilities**:

- Provide project support across all commercial programmes
- Coordinate, setup and run pilots, courses, webcasts and communications to internal/external stakeholders
- Complete all project related administration and track all spending
- Ensure risks are being identified and reported then logged correctly
- Manage deadlines and report back on progress

**Project Coordinator Essential Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience working on projects or programmes
- Experience at project officer, project coordinator, programme manager, programme officer or equivalent is desired
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Highly motivated to learn and develop in your role
- Experience in relationship management
