Business Development Manager – UK/Ireland Tosca is a global leader in reusable packaging solutions. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales in the UK/Ireland region. This hybrid role is based from our office in Dudley, UK. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, market research, and lead generation. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and accounts. Nurture relationships and conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solution proposals. Deliver product presentations and demos, handle objections, and negotiate terms. Close new business deals that meet or exceed revenue quotas. Develop content and materials to support lead generation and sales enablement. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events. Provide input into marketing initiatives to improve lead quality. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, marketing, or related field. Approximately 3 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience. Strong ability to identify and generate leads and sales opportunities. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong networking skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Experience managing and expanding sales territories. Solid understanding of market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self‑motivation, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
