Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding urgent, routine, and adaptation works. Schedule customer appointments and set up events efficiently. Notify customers of planned workforce arrival times and allocate jobs to the appropriate trade or department, taking into account cost, customer service, and resource availability. Raise survey events for new COTs, adaptation works, and response jobs. Track progress of all jobs to ensure scheduled works are completed and PDAs are submitted accurately. Work closely with the administration team, supervisors, and management to resolve queries and review job progress. Communicate daily with client district maintenance officers and administrators. Monitor required completion dates, ensuring deadlines are met or appropriate extensions are requested. Handle customer queries and assist with complaint resolution. Maintain standards and processes to support the achievement of KPI targets. The Ideal Candidate Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or planning roles. Preferred: Experience in a fast‑paced social housing, property, or construction environment—particularly within maintenance‑focused operations. A Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
