Property Valuer

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Sales valuations / rental valuations and written valuations for a variety of purposes
- Engage with vendors ( usually via face to face appointment at the property) and discussing the proposed value of their home, discussing relevant comparables and advising on a marketing strategy for their property
- Preparing sales particulars and photographs for marketing
- Conducting viewings at the property and following up on offers / feedback
- Making sure all parties involved in a sales transaction are kept up to date. This includes liaising with a variety of professionals including solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisor etc
- Any other duties required in a busy estate agency office

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Strong drive to achieve targets and contribute positively to team goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Pay: £26,278.00-£28,131.00 per year
