**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive **Service Coordinator** to join our dynamic team specialising in the installation of commercial and residential gym equipment. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our installation teams, service technicians, and clients to ensure all snags, post-installation issues, and service requests are resolved promptly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the snagging process for completed gym installations.
- Maintain accurate snagging reports, including photographic evidence, notes, and completion timelines.
- Liaise with installation teams to identify and log any issues arising during or after equipment setup.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to address snags, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding snag resolution timelines, access requirements, and service updates.
- Track and report on outstanding snags and service issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Update internal systems (CRM, service platforms) with job status, technician notes, and client feedback.
- Support the customer service and project management teams in ensuring a high-quality post-installation experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a coordination or service support role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,305.32 per year
