We're looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our Firmus Energy team based in Mallusk, Newtownabbey.

**Location**: Northern Ireland, Mallusk
- some remote working available, with travel to the office required

**Contract**: Permanent, Full time, we can be flexible with start and finish times if required.

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Planning Coordinator, you'll be working within the Pheonix Energy team, supporting them in the delivery of all planning requirements for connecting our client's customers, in any given area, working to all contractual KPI's an SLA's.

Your day to day will include:

- To ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is accurately completed and available to provide management information on work undertaken and system reliability
- Ensuring all contract documentation is promptly and accurately recorded in line with contract requirements
- Track sheets - input daily and gathering of information for monthly reports
- To work within the Customer Service Team to support other departments within the business with admin work, reporting etc. Liaison with field engineers and organisation of the general contract administration.

This role of Planning Coordinator is great for you if:

- Experience within a similar role.
- Full Driving Licence
- Strong computer skills, specifically within the Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent Customer Service experience with a variety of stakeholders and customers
