Contract Administrator As a Contract Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of asbestos surveying and reporting services. You’ll act as a central communication hub between clients, our surveyors, laboratories, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed, on schedule, and supported. About You This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You'll need excellent communication skills and be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels. You will be committed to providing a high standard of administrative support across all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure information flows smoothly and deadlines are met. You’re someone who takes ownership of tasks, manages multiple priorities with ease, and remains focused under pressure. You will be responsible for managing a busy Outlook inbox and respond promptly to time‑sensitive queries. You will handle challenges diplomatically and resolve issues or conflicts with professionalism. Experience working with client portals, travel bookings, or within an asbestos or compliance‑based environment is desirable, but not essential. Role Responsibilities/Objectives Managing high‑volume Outlook inboxes Providing detailed and timely updates to clients Liaising closely with clients and internal teams Handling and resolving enquiries at point of contact, recognising when to elevate issues to a senior manager or other colleague Maintaining client portals Arranging travel and accommodation General administrative tasks Problem solving will be a key part of your role. You’ll be expected to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected issues, whether it’s a change in project scope or an urgent client request. Role Requirements, Skills And/or Experience There are no mandatory qualifications required for this role. It is more important to assess relevant competencies; however, a commitment to achieving P405 (asbestos qualification) in‑house within 12 months will be required.
