TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.**WHAT YOU'LL DO:** TKO is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative software solutions for the IMG business unit. The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and are delivered efficiently. The role will involve general stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, project management, creating structured requirements and project documentation, compiling compliance-related artefacts, and managing UAT and deployment activities.The role will be based in London (Chiswick), UK, and offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sports and technology, contributing directly to the growth and success of a fast-paced, global organization while collaborating with colleagues across the UK and the United States.**Key Responsibilities*** Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager and business stakeholders for new and inflight projects: + Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. + Collaborate with day-to-day communication with business stakeholders. + Develop detailed process flows, dataflow diagrams, and data migration strategies. + Collaborate in specifying UAT scripts and facilitating UAT sessions. + Influence UX/UI and graphic design process. + Prepare and present project reports. + Compile and maintain all necessary compliance and audit documentation. + Participate in smoke testing. + Be responsible for post-implementation product maintenance and support. This includes: - Serve as a custodian for the product(s) and act as the functional subject matter expert. - Document and manage change requests in well-defined user stories and follow internal protocol for review and approval. - Monitor and efficiently resolve assigned application issues raised through the corporate helpdesk. - Investigate and troubleshoot problems, determining appropriate actions including escalation to specialized teams when necessary. - Liaise with the application managers and solutions teams when necessary to resolve issues requiring more specialized intervention.**YOU HAVE THESE:*** Educated to a degree level* At least 5-7 years of experience in similar role* Established experience as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar role with proven experience in supporting complex enterprise sales CRM, media rights management, or operational systems* Experience with working with international cross-functional teams* Proficiency in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint (including data visualization and effective storytelling)* Experience in documenting functional requirements/requests* Experience in working with commercial software applications such as CRM, ERP, etc.* Strong business acumen* High energy and ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines* Ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring high-quality deliverables* Excellent understanding of SDLC* Experience with ticketing management software such as Jira, DevOps, etc.* Working experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and project management* Working with major project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, etc.)**WE'D ALSO LOVE IF YOU HAVE THESE:*** Working knowledge of the sales and marketing industry* Sports & Entertainment experience preferred* Understanding of ITIL processes* Experience with the Power BI reporting suite**WORKING CONDITIONS:**Perm - London, Chiswick ParkMon-Fri, 9am-5pm
