If you’re excited by the challenge of working with cross-functional product teams, tackling complex customer journeys, and fostering a company-wide data-driven culture, this is your chance to make a significant impact.We’re looking for someone who is:A seasoned professional who is experienced as an Analyst, Data Scientist, or Management Consultant.Highly proficient in SQL, with a strong technical grounding in data querying.Equipped with a proven aptitude for problem solving and designing effective experiments, including A/B testing.Educated with a degree in a STEM subject, Economics, or a similar field that requires critical analysis.A natural collaborator, skilled at working effectively across multiple cross-functional development teams.Ready and willing to challenge the status quo, bringing new ideas and questions that actively shape the future direction of the business.As our Senior Product Analyst, you''ll:Deliver high-quality analysis and data-driven recommendations that directly support Product Teams in achieving their core objectives.Conduct deep customer journey analysis and measure the crucial impact of multi-channel strategies across our products.Uncover and articulate novel insights through proactive, ad-hoc data exploration and compelling data visualization.Enable data self-service for business stakeholders by building effective dashboards, query tools, and training colleagues on their use.Evolve our data foundation by working closely with our Data Engineering team on the development of data sets and pipelines.Champion a data-driven culture by promoting the output and capabilities of the analysis team across the entire organisation.This is more than just a reporting role—it's an opportunity for a Product Analyst to wield true strategic influence in a high-pace, agile environment that prizes autonomy and growth.
