Our analysts are a mix of creative problem solvers and number whizzes with a passion for translating numbers into business opportunities and delivering insights to drive decision-making. They are also strong communicators with the ability to story‑tell with data to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike. Our analysts are deeply embedded into the business and will interact with individuals at all levels of the business from Managers to our leadership team. We are currently looking for Product Analysts and Senior Product Analysts to join our Fraud, Payments, Wealth and Operations product tribes. Your role is to be the key person generating the insight that helps us to make data‑driven decisions to improve our product. A day in the life... Generate key insight from our vast data warehouse and help our product managers drive product development Pair with product managers to design and implementA:Btests in live customer journeys Model and forecast the impact of changes that you are driving Work collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, designersand credit analysts to get to the best solution Takeon ownership of analytical projects andidentifyingnew and exciting opportunities through analysis Monitorkey metrics to understand how the product is performing andregularlypresent this to product managers and senior stakeholders About you... You have some experience in a data‑led, fast paced environment (e.g. consulting, banking, start‑up) You’reanalytical and have excellent attention to detail You have a quantitative background, and you are a natural at turning data into insight to make decisions Youhavestrongexperience usingSQLandbonus points forsomePython You have some experience in using Tableau or other BI tools(e.g. Looker, Power BI) You cancommunicateyour insights succinctly, stick tokey resultsand influence upwards,downwardsand sideways You treat others with respect butyou’renot afraid to challenge them sensitively You’rea self‑starter. You know when to ask for support andyou’renot shy about doing so but youdon’twait to be told what to do You’realways on the lookout for new learning opportunities and strive to be on thecutting edge You are used to working in cross‑functional teams with many skillsets coming together to make amazing products *Please note - no candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
