Gather, document, and validate business, data, and functional requirements across multiple regions. Collaborate with project teams on initiatives including data migration, integration, and system consolidation (ServiceNow, Copilot, iManage or similar). Map, analyse, and streamline business and data processes to improve efficiency and data quality. Manage backlogs, change requests, and dependencies using structured governance frameworks. Support programme planning, reporting, and risk management (RAIDDs). Ensure requirements are clearly defined and accurately translated into scalable, enterprise-wide solutions. What You'll Need Proven experience as a Business Analyst on global-scale enterprise data transformation programmes. Strong skills in process mapping, data requirements gathering, and stakeholder management across multiple regions. Experience in the legal, professional services, or financial sector preferred. Exposure to enterprise platforms and transformation projects (ServiceNow, Copilot, iManage, or comparable). Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders globally. Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to documentation, delivery, and data governance.
