Rota Coordinator for Festivals and High Holy DaysThis role is to help the smooth running of our warm and inclusive Festival and High Holy Days services, minhags, and traditions. The role will coordinate the rota of volunteers for the various tasks required and to communicate this with and to volunteers. This can be done exclusively from home or from our Betty and Asher Loftus Campus. The volunteer would also be welcome to join the services or the rota, but this is not essential for the role. Communicating with staff onsite and Jewish Care staff, regarding the traditions, guidance and responsibilities required for all Festivals and High Holy days, enabling our residents to partake. Contacting our existing volunteers by email and telephone to ensure that each of the tasks required are covered by our team of dedicated committed volunteers. Compiling and coordinating rotas for festivals and high holy days and sending it out accordingly. Communicating with volunteers and the Volunteer Hub Manager by email and telephone. This role could be done exclusively from home, remotely, or from our on-site offices in Friern Barnet.
