The Role You’ll manage a varied caseload and work closely with clients during some of life’s most sensitive moments, offering expert legal guidance with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters from start to finish; Draft and review Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other legal documents; Provide clear, compassionate advice on estate planning and inheritance matters; Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families; Contribute to the growth of the department through marketing and business development; Collaborate with colleagues across the firm, sharing knowledge and best practices; Uphold our values of integrity, transparency, and client care. What We’re Looking For A qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills & Probate (or a strong interest and transferable skills); A proactive, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help clients; Commercial awareness and strategic thinking; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability; A team player who thrives in a collaborative, employee-owned environment; Familiarity with case management systems (Leap experience is a bonus). To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate: Previous experience of the above matters A proactive, enthusiastic personality with a strong client-focus and a desire to deliver exceptional service Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate Excellent technical skills and innovative approach to their application A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is open to learning.
