Job DescriptionPrivate Client Solicitor Wills, Trust and Probate My client who work are a highly reputable Legal Practice based in Wrexham are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their Wills, Trust and Probate department. This would be a great opportunity for the right candidate to join their next company who are thriving.Key Details: Private Client Solicitor Wills, Trust and Probate Permanent contract.Salary up to £50,000. Extensive benefits package.Duties and Experience: Private Client Solicitor Wills, Trust and Probate Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and estate planning documents.Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters with efficiency and professionalism. Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management strategies.Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and third parties to achieve favourable outcomes.Providing clear legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ongoing business.Must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, or qualified by extensive proven experience.Must have experience in private client law, including wills, trusts and estate planning.Proactive Personnel specialise in the recruitment of staff across the UK.
