What you will do: You will lead customer onboarding by educating clients on the datasets, access methods, data structures, and best practice usage, supported by clear guides and repeatable processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related enquiries, running regular check ins and ensuring customers gain maximum value from their use cases. You will proactively monitor usage and feedback to identify new use cases, drive product adoption, and escalate technical issues when needed. You will manage retention and renewals while supporting expansion and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Head of Data Sales. You will feed customer insights into product development, influencing future data offerings and emerging AI propositions. You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Planning Specialists, and Sales to ensure accurate delivery and to help build core Customer Success processes, KPIs, and playbooks. What you will need? 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar role in a B2B/Data focused environment Experience in translating complex and technical information into simple, clear and visual-led communication. Knowledge of JSON feeds, API’s or integrating datasets into software products Comfortable with data, spreadsheets and structured datasets and dealing with customer relationships PropTech, planning or data-as-a-service experience is a bonus Why join this company?
