Job Details Salary: £38,000 per annum Employment type: Fixed Term Contract for 18 months Hours per week: 37 Reporting into: Apprenticeship Manager Department: Corporate Learning About the Role The Coach plays a vital role in guiding and supporting apprentices throughout their degree apprenticeship journey at Arden. Your primary focus will be to empower learners as they develop the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for success. You will be assigned a group of candidates for the duration of their programme and will be responsible for monitoring and supporting their progress through to successful completion of the End Point Assessment (EPA). Drawing on your coaching expertise, you will provide detailed feedback, set meaningful actions, and offer regular, tailored guidance to help each learner stay on track and achieve their goals. About You Skilled at guiding and supporting apprentices through their learning journey. Experienced in taking learners from a starting point to successful EPA completion. Deep understanding of leadership principles, coaching methodologies, and industry‑specific knowledge. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills to foster a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment. Understanding of apprenticeship compliance and quality, with the ability to complete essential administration tasks with a keen eye for detail.
