We are looking for a committed Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join our dynamic team at Logistics UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality training within the transport sector, focusing on the Level 2 Transport Coordinator (Level 2 Traffic Operator) apprenticeship programme. Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions, including content focused on transport legislation. Provide supportive 1-to-1 coaching to apprentices, helping them build skills, confidence, and professional behaviours. Carry out timely learning reviews and create clear action plans to support progress. Mark apprentice work promptly and accurately, ensuring fairness and consistency. Offer constructive developmental feedback that encourages improvement and celebrates achievement. Create a positive and supportive learning environment where apprentices can thrive. Deliver commercial courses when required. Use your industry expertise to provide rich theoretical and practical knowledge. Support apprentices in preparing for their End-Point Assessment. Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and well-being across all learning activities. Maintain vigilance around safeguarding concerns and respond appropriately following policy. Keep up to date with safeguarding and Prevent legislation and requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain accurate CPD records. Participate in standardisation sessions and team meetingsRequirementsA Level 3 (or above) teaching qualification or a desire to gain this qualification. Experience in delivering apprenticeships or prior teaching experience Relevant industry experience. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proven ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions. High levels of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detailRecruitment checks:Logistics UK is committed to protecting learners from risk or harm.
